Strategic in Approach
Tom creates an environment in which leaders gain a better sense of self-awareness and what it takes to drive results. Strategic in approach, he is also attuned to the intricacies within each organization and how that factors into eliciting desired change.
As colleagues for several years, I observed Tom, Sr. Human Resources Consultant at the time, guiding leaders of over one hundred companies through complicated business matters. Industries that he supported regularly include Information, Service, and Manufacturing. When he chose to specialize in Leadership Coaching, I invited him into my organization and am now an active participant in his program.
