Provides the Proper Training and Guidelines
Tom has given me the confidence and training as a manager to properly deal with a hectic team and make positive changes within that team. The tools, the exercises, the homework are always fulfilling, and extremely helpful. It made me work harder to make changes and think differently. I no longer have to figure out how to deal with difficult employees. Tom provides the proper training and guidelines to deal with insubordination.
